Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for Bassetts commercial customers regarding quotations and tenders.
- Provide estimating support for the sales team and customers.
- Work closely with suppliers to obtain contract support and stay updated on new products and price increases.
- Assist with correct pricing, contract support and prioritise workload.
- Receive pricing/tender enquiries from customers and the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the plumbing & heating merchant industry is beneficial.
- Demonstrated understanding and passion for customer service excellence.
- IT, numeracy and analytical skills required.
- Driving licence beneficial.
