Overview
Credit Controller – Portadown, Bassetts (Wolseley Group). Permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers to control, reduce, and maintain debt risk.
- Updating systems with call, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history.
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Identifying and actively driving query resolutions and credit disputes.
- Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to minimise credit and debt risk across the customer portfolio.
- Attending internal or external meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Credit Control position.
- Ability to communicate with customers and internal employees at all levels.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to daily role duties.
- Proficient with MS Office.
