As a Business Improvement Manager based in Portadown you will be responsible for:
- Aligning sales demand with fulfilment operations to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Driving improved profitability by using data insights to inform decisions and optimise performance.
- Enhancing organisational agility, enabling quick and effective responses to market shifts and supply-chain changes.
- Ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Managing reporting systems, data governance and reporting frameworks to drive a data-driven culture across the organization.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Proven experience in a business improvement, continuous improvement, or change management role
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or similar)
- Comfortable influencing, challenging, and engaging others to drive change
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using Kerridge & Phocas would be advantageous
