As a Branch Supervisor based in Dungannon, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Branch Manager in running the branch's day-to-day activities, including all operating processes and procedures
- Taking charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable
- Supervising and motivating the team to achieve branch goals
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Taking responsibility for resolving issues with orders and customer deliveries
- Helping to develop the customer base, improve retention, satisfaction, product mix and range
- Identifying and recommending plans to improve profit
This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.50 hours per week Monday to Thursday 07.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 07.30am - 4.00pm and alternate Saturday mornings from 09.00am - 12.00pm.
