We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Bathroom Showroom Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a flair for sales to guide our clients in creating their dream bathrooms, from initial concept to stunning reality.
As a key member of our showroom team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing an exceptional and inspiring experience. You will translate their vision into functional and beautiful bathroom designs, leveraging your product knowledge and design expertise to drive sales and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
As a Showroom Consultant based in Londonderry, you’ll be responsible for:
Design Consultation & Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget. Guide them through our extensive product range, offering expert advice and design solutions to create bespoke bathroom plans.
Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and showroom targets. Prepare and present compelling quotations, follow up and close sales effectively.
3D Design: Utilise the latest bathroom design software (e.g., Virtual Worlds) to create detailed and realistic 2D and 3D visualisations of bathroom projects.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of our entire product portfolio, including sanitaryware, brassware, furniture, tiles, and accessories. Stay informed about new products and industry developments.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with retail clients, interior designers, architects, and trade professionals to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Showroom Excellence: Contribute to the immaculate presentation of the showroom, ensuring all displays are inspiring, on-trend, and reflect our brand\’s high standards.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday – Thursday 08.00am – 5.00pm, Friday 08.00am – 4.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 09.00am – 12.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the bathroom, kitchen, interior design industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proactive approach to sales.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in a commission-based sales role.
A demonstrable passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
