As a Showroom Consultant based in Londonderry, you'll be responsible for:
- Design Consultation & Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget. Achieve sales targets to meet and exceed individual and showroom targets. Prepare and present compelling quotations, follow up and close sales effectively.
- 3D Design: Utilise the latest bathroom design software (e.g., Virtual Worlds) to create detailed and realistic 2D and 3D visualisations of bathroom projects.
- Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of our entire product portfolio, including sanitaryware, brassware, furniture, tiles, and accessories.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with retail clients, interior designers, architects, and trade professionals to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Showroom Excellence: Contribute to the immaculate presentation of the showroom, ensuring all displays are inspiring, on-trend, and reflect our brand's high standards.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday - Thursday 07.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 07.30am - 4.00pm.
Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the bathroom, kitchen, interior design industry. A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proactive approach to sales. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
