As a Warehouse Operative based in Portadown, you’ll be responsible for:
- Completing general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Picking and packing items ready for delivery to our customers, which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets.
- Loading and unloading vehicles for deliveries and collections.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.
- Driving a 3.5T van delivering plumbing and heating supplies to our customers in the local area.
This is a full time permanent role working 42.50 hours a week Monday - Thursday 07.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 07.30am - 4.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 08.30am to 12.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment.
- A Full Manual Driving Licence.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided).
- A strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team.
