As a Business Improvement Manager based in Portadown you’ll be responsible for:

  • Aligning sales demand with fulfilment operations to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Driving improved profitability by using data insights to inform decisions and optimise performance.
  • Enhancing organisational agility, enabling quick and effective responses to market shifts and supply‑chain changes.
  • Ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Managing reporting systems, data governance and reporting frameworks to drive data-driven culture across the organization.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Proven experience in a business improvement, continuous improvement, or change management role
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or similar)
  • Comfortable influencing, challenging, and engaging others to drive change
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience using Kerridge & Phocas would be advantageous
