Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk.
- Ensuring systems are updated with call, payment promise and query information to maintain an accurate account history.
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Identifying and actively driving query resolutions and credit disputes.
- Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and minimise credit and debt risk across the customer portfolio.
- Attending internal or external meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Credit Control position.
- The ability to communicate with customers and internal employees at all levels.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to daily role duties.
- MS Office skills.
