As a Credit Controller based in Portadown you’ll be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk.
Ensuring systems are updated with call, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history.
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
Identifying and actively driving query resolutions and credit disputes.
Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and minimise credit and debt risk across customer portfolio.
Attending internal or external meetings as required.
This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 08:00am to 5.00pm.

Prior experience in Credit Control position.
The ability to communicate with customers and internal employees at all levels.
Excellent written communication skills.
A flexible and adaptable approach to your daily role duties.
