We are looking for a self‑motivated individual to join the Council to play a crucial role within the Housing service to provide technical solutions and support to our Gas Technical Engineer, Gas team and contractors, to ensure we deliver the highest standards, quality, efficiency and safety across our customers’ homes, across Gas and Water Regulations, including Legionella.
Responsibilities
- You will be ensuring that quality standards are monitored against all projects within Housing Services, identifying failures, accurately diagnosing, specifying orders and monitoring remedial works throughout to completion to foster a culture of service excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- You will need to demonstrate experience of working in a reactive maintenance environment, with experience and knowledge of housing and property regulations and legislation to enable you to act with integrity and accountability.
- The role will require an aptitude for innovation to support our continuous service improvement plans, and you will need excellent customer‑focused care skills, to ensure they are at the heart of what you do.
