The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. We are looking for an individual who is interested in the funding for community infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and other developer contributions, making sure funds are collected from developers and distributed appropriately to support the delivery and maintenance of local infrastructure projects. You will monitor and enforce the collection of funds, maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure the Council complies with policies and regulations.
Key Requirements
- Passionate about planning.
- Extensive experience of managing and implementing CIL legislation in the UK.
- A track record of achievement in a comparable role.
- Skills to deal with complex strategic infrastructure issues.
