Housing Assistant (Tenancy & Estates) - Permanent
Salary Grade 3 £26,824 - £28,598 per annum FTE
Full Time, 37 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Provide operational, clerical and administrative support to the Tenancy and Estates Team.
- Assist the team in carrying out visits to tenants and estates.
Qualifications
- Clear understanding of issues affecting social housing, together with experience of delivering similar services.
- Ability to drive, possess a current driving licence, and provide a suitable vehicle for use at work.
