Responsibilities

Based at our Contact Centre at Queen’s Buildings, Potter Street, Worksop, the successful candidate will provide an efficient service to customers accessing our Golden Number service. This role is responsible for delivering a high quality and effective response to all customer enquiries and will provide relevant administration support and data entry to keep software systems up to date.

Qualifications

Applicants must be committed to providing a high level of customer care and possess good communication skills. You must stay calm under pressure and deal with members of the public, Officers, and Members in a courteous manner, and be a flexible, strong team member who can meet the demands placed upon the team.
