Salary Grade 6 i.e. £32,654 – £35,235 per annum
Full Time 37 hours per week
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Voids Co-ordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing the turnaround of Council properties. You will coordinate contractors and internal teams to ensure void repairs are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards. Acting as the central point of contact, you will lead quality checks, monitor contractor performance, and drive continuous service improvements to deliver an efficient and customer-focused void management service.
To succeed, you’ll need experience in property or maintenance management, strong project coordination skills, and a good understanding of statutory requirements and procurement procedures. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential to engage with stakeholders and produce performance reports.
