Senior Planning Officers

Bassetlaw District Council is looking for several new Senior Planning Officers to join a very ambitious team. With several new hires and a dynamic operating style, Bassetlaw is evolving, and now is the chance to genuinely make your mark on the future of North Nottinghamshire and beyond!

We have several regeneration opportunities that need progressing, alongside several innovative and essential SPDs to be created and adopted. Furthermore, there will be a lot of work available regarding some truly huge strategic sites, such as Europe\’s first Nuclear Fusion facility!

With a recently adopted Local Plan, we are not sitting back. With a review in the near future and plans to be even more ambitious, now is the ideal time to join the team and take a lead in progressing key future policies and projects!
