Housing Assistant (Tenancy & Estates)

Permanent part time, 3 days per week
(Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Grade 2 Salary i.e. £24,790 to £25,992 pro rata for part time
We have the opportunity for a capable and enthusiastic person to join our busy Admin team based within Housing Services and located at our offices on Hundred Acre Lane, Worksop.
Based within the Housing Admin team you will be responsible for the operational, clerical and administrative support for the Housing Service; including the administration of Community Centres and the provision of a reception service.
Suitable candidates will possess 4 GCSEs Grade C or above/ L4-9 (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics and be computer literate with strong word processing skills along with a minimum of two years’ experience of direct customer contact working in a front line customer focussed environment is essential.
The role requires a person with excellent communication skills, who has the ability to deal with members of the public, prioritise and monitor workloads to meet deadlines, and work in partnership with colleagues or on their own initiative, according to demand.
The hours of work will be 22.2 hours per week made up by working Wednesdays, Thursday & Friday.
