  • Part Time (2 days/14.8 hours)

We have the opportunity for a capable and enthusiastic person to join our busy Allocations team based within Housing Services and located at our offices on Hundred Acre Lane, Worksop. You will be responsible for the allocation of Bassetlaw District Council properties in a timely and efficient manner. This is a key role ensuring empty properties are allocated as quickly as possible, keeping rent loss to a minimum.

You must have the ability to work under pressure, respond flexibly to tight deadlines with excellent customer care skills to enable you to deal with a wide range of customer requirements. You must have strong team working skills, whilst at the same time demonstrating the ability to deliver targets in a challenging environment and a commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will provide comprehensive housing advice on all aspects of the HomeFinder Choice Based Lettings scheme to internal and external customers. A level 2 or 3 qualification in customer service, housing or a related field would be preferable.
