Bassetlaw District Council is looking for an experienced and strategic Housing Services Manager to lead our Repairs and Voids service at an exciting time of change. With Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) on the horizon and a focused Housing transformation programme underway, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape how our services evolve for the future.

As a key member of the Housing Leadership Team, you will lead a high‑profile service, ensuring our homes are safe, compliant, well‑maintained, and brought back into use quickly and effectively. You will drive performance across repairs, voids, and compliance, oversee significant investment programmes, and play a central role in improving service delivery and customer experience.

About You

You will be an experienced housing professional with a strong track record of leading operational services and driving improvement. You’ll bring:

  • Strong knowledge of housing repairs, compliance, and regulatory requirements
