Pod Cafe on Portreath Beach, Cornwall, is recruiting a Sous Chef to join a tight-knit management team. You will help steer daytime brunch services, bake fresh items, and prepare for an evening sourdough pizza concept coming next year. The role starts part-time with 25–35 hours weekly and offers input into kitchen systems and recipes.
You will collaborate closely with the Head Chef and GM to maintain high standards, while developing a positive team culture and a low-waste kitchen ethos.
