- Identify and research key decision-makers within target accounts using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and Salesforce.
- Conduct personalised, intent-based outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, as well as follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Qualify leads using a structured framework (e.g., MEDPICC) before passing them to Sales for progression.
- Document all activities, insights, and engagement details within Salesforce for visibility and future follow-up.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on messaging, account targeting, and campaign strategy.
- Focus on quality conversations and high-value interactions that result in qualified Sales Qualified Accounts (SQAs aka meetings booked) and pipeline generation.
- Stay informed on SAP ecosystem developments, market trends, and competitive dynamics to enhance relevance in outreach.
- Contribute to the culture of collaboration and continuous learning, working closely with the Enterprise BDR Team Lead to refine tactics and strategy.
To help you establish whether this role is for you, these are the key foundational characteristics you will need to be set up for success:

- Proven success in complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Business level fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Persistent and resilient mindset.
- Comfortable operating in a start-up or scale-up environment, with curiosity and proactivity in adopting new tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn).
Desired Skills:
- Success working independently within a global, cross-functional team.
