We’re looking for an exceptional (Sr.) Research Manager to join our growing, bright and ambitious London based healthcare team! You’ll be working with like-minded individuals in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, delivering bespoke research projects. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, both major Pharma and Biotech companies, as well as working across methodologies (both qual and quant research approaches). We’re looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and hit the ground running. You’ll have shown good career progression to date, and be hungry to keep going.
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Significant contribution to larger, more complex projects
- Knowledge of wide range of methodologies and techniques (and feel comfortable using them on a day-to-day basis)
- Leading day-to-day project logistics: liaising with suppliers, keeping rest of the team clearly updated on project status
- Competent design of project materials, e.g. screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides, with minimal input from seniors
- Strong analysis skills and ability to produce high quality (and well designed) outputs, with input from Seniors
- Confident and intelligent in client interaction: running client meetings on small-scale projects, presenting debriefs
- Proactive approach: thinking ahead to potential problems…and coming up with possible solutions
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills, ensuring that all projects run smoothly from start to finish
- Starting to manage more junior team members
In return we’ll provide mentoring, a clear career development path, and opportunity to build strong client relationships! It’s a fun – but hard-working culture, with lots of additional benefits.
