We’re looking for an Associate Director to join our growing, ambitious and fun London based quant team! You'll be working in a vibrant and friendly environment, delivering tracking research programmes for a range of clients. We work with many leading brands including Beats, Primark, Tesco, TJX, Visa and John Lewis to name a few, and you'll have the opportunity to become a true expert in their performance — spotting trends, uncovering shifts in consumer behaviour, and turning continuous data into the strategic stories that shape big decisions.
We’re looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and hit the ground running. You’ll have shown good career progression to date, and be hungry to keep going. Our ideal candidate would have:
- Excellent client management skills
- Knowledge of wide range of methodologies and techniques (and feel comfortable using them on a day to day basis)
- Strong analysis skills and ability to produce high quality (and well designed) outputs
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of project financials
- Excellent project management skills
- Opportunity to develop more junior members of the team
In return we’ll provide mentoring, a clear career development path to move to Director level, and the opportunity to build strong client relationships! It’s a fun culture, where everyone wants to deliver great quality work, and there’s lots of additional benefits too!
We also have an in-house Ops team who take care of link, table and report checking, and a support team to help with other basic tasks – meaning you’ll be working with a team of researchers who can fully focus on what we deliver to clients!
