We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Community Safety Officer to join our welcoming and dedicated team. In this role, you will work closely with internal departments, partner organisations, and the local community to manage cases related to antisocial behaviour and community safety. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a collaborative, well‑coordinated approach that helps reduce antisocial behaviour and fosters a sense of safety and security for residents.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in multi‑agency work and coordinating complex cases.
  • Strong ability to lead meetings and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of antisocial behaviour management and enforcement processes.
  • Knowledge and experience of the use of antisocial behaviour tools and powers and application of legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when dealing with sensitive situations.
  • A proactive, self‑motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
