At Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, we put our community first. We’re committed to ensuring safe, healthy homes for all residents – and we’re looking for an experienced professional to lead our Housing Standards team.

You’ll manage a dedicated, high achieving team delivering private sector housing services, including enforcement of housing standards, provision of the Disabled Facilities Grant service and the management of unauthorised encampments. You’ll play a key role in shaping policy, driving service improvements, and working collaboratively with partners to protect and enhance the health and wellbeing of our residents.
