Working with both large and small employers across all industry sectors. We are looking for a dynamic professional with outstanding communication skills to join our team as a Training Consultant. In this role, you will conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices and their employers, aligned with college and program objectives. You will support apprentices and their employers throughout the application process to the successful completion of the apprenticeship. Collaborating closely with curriculum areas, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship funding regulations and overseeing a variety of tasks while assisting apprentices in maintaining attendance and successfully completing their learning programs. A strong passion for education and training, along with the ability to solve problems creatively and provide pastoral support to apprentices, is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have: * A working knowledge of apprenticeship standards. * A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, planning and organising skills and have the ability to complete administrative tasks within the role. * An understanding of funding regulations and compliance. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills including the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
