Student Support Assistant
Salary: from 18,934.88 to 20,548.46 for term-time only (33 weeks, 37 hours per week), pro rata from 25,476.00 to 27,647.00. Full and part-time. Term time positions available
Start time: between 8.30am and 9.00am
End time: 4:00pm and 5.00pm. Minimum 15 hours per week, choice of days to work
Closing date: 08/02/2026

This is an exciting opportunity to work within BCoT\’s support team to deliver in class support across all college lessons to learners with EHCPs who have a variety of learning needs. You will work closely with the curriculum teams to ensure there is effective support.
The successful candidate will constantly strive to produce outstanding learning at all times to ensure that all learners succeed in their chosen programmes.
We are particularly keen for people to apply who have skills/expertise and knowledge within:
- Maths and English
- Foundation learning programmes
