MAIN PURPOSE OF POST
We are looking for a lecturer to teach on our part-time evening Level 5 and Level 7 CIPD courses. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate current and up-to-date industry experience. You will be an aspiring people professional, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate must hold a recognised qualification in Human Resources or have a minimum of 3 years industry experience, along with having CIPD Membership.
We are looking for staff with drive and a passion to succeed in a demanding but rewarding environment. You must be adaptable, supportive and inspiring to join our already wonderful team of staff, to support our existing and future cohort of learners.
