As a Safeguarding and Wellbeing Co-ordinator within our Safeguarding and Wellbeing team, you will drive our inclusive agenda by providing expert guidance and strategic support to both students and staff. You will oversee the management of the Haven wellbeing hub, lead safeguarding training initiatives, and manage departmental systems to ensure meticulous record-keeping. You will also play a vital role in student success by collaborating with our transition team to provide a seamless, supportive entry into college life for our most vulnerable learners.
