Salary: £52,000 per annum

About the Role

Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT) is seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to drive outstanding achievement and maintain exceptional standards across all college curricula. Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal Curriculum and Quality, you will oversee quality audits, manage Awarding Body compliance, and co-lead staff development to ensure teaching standards align with Ofsted toolkits and strategic goals. If you hold a full teaching qualification, bring at least three years of FE teaching experience, and have a proven track record of driving sustained curriculum improvements, join BCoT and empower us in "Building Careers of Tomorrow"!
