We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant / Porter to support our catering operations. This essential role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across the kitchen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the pot-wash and still areas
  • Ensuring strict compliance with EHO and COSHH regulations
  • Overseeing waste management
  • Maintaining stock using FIFO principles
