About the Role:
The ideal candidate would be an excellent role model and lead the day to day running of the room, ensuring all legal and curriculum requirements are met in line with OFSTED requirements and BCoT policies. They will work collaboratively with the other Head of Rooms and their teams to provide a safe, creative, stimulating and inclusive environment in which babies and young children are valued as individuals, through a loving and child-centred approach. Furthermore, they will work in partnership with parents to ensure the children have access to learning opportunities. The Head of Room will take on Deputy Manager roles and responsibilities as required when the Manager or Deputy are not on site.
