Salary: £22,908.23 pro rata from £30,822.00 FTE: 0.743243 (37 hours per week, 33 weeks per year)

Main Purpose of Post
Support students with EHCPs and SEN support needs to access college successfully. Work with students in one-to-one settings and support groups. Collaborate with the English team to ensure quality support in English matched to learner need, learning style, focused on learner autonomy and the development of study skills.
Requirements
Applicants must have current authorisation to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided). Applicants that have applied within the past 3 months need not reapply. This role is employed by Basingstoke College of Technology Professional Services Limited – BPS is a subsidiary of BCoT. Holiday restrictions apply within term time.
