As an Early Years Assessor, you will be at the heart of our mission to nurture the next generation of childcare professionals. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of high‑quality apprenticeship programmes, ensuring every learner hits their milestones and completes their qualifications on schedule. This role requires a dedicated mentor who can balance rigorous academic standards with the practical realities of the Early Years sector.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in the early years sector, a firm knowledge of apprenticeships and hold a relevant Assessor/Verifier qualification.
