We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded IT & Digital Contract Support Partner to join our forward-thinking IT & Digital Transformation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we work with our technology partners and suppliers to deliver outstanding digital services for our community.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll take the lead on managing vendor relationships and ensuring our IT contracts deliver real value:

  • Managing and optimising relationships with key IT vendors and service providers.
  • Leading on contract negotiations, compliance and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align procurement strategies with digital goals.
  • Driving value through effective sourcing, contract management and supplier performance.
  • Keeping our application portfolio up to date and ensuring all vendor documentation is in place.
