Administrator (Sport and Wellbeing)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our Sport and Wellbeing Team, providing high-quality admin support across a range of Sport and Wellbeing programmes.
This is a varied role where you will help monitor our flagship leisure contracts, supporting facilities that welcome over one million visitors each year. You will attend site visits and health and safety inspections, contribute to improvement plans, support wellbeing initiatives, and assist with sports infrastructure projects that help residents access excellent facilities and opportunities.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience providing administrative support in a busy environment.
- Is a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- Brings passion, initiative and ideas for finding practical solutions.
- Can manage various priorities and work effectively with a range of partners and stakeholders.
In return, you will have the opportunity to contribute both operationally and strategically, helping to deliver our Active Wellbeing Strategy and create healthier, more active communities across Basingstoke and Deane.
Hybrid working: Currently 3 days office based and 2 days working from home, with flexibility to meet business needs.
