At Essex Footcare, we have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, in either a full or part-time position. This role will give you the freedom to grow in a way that’s right for you.

About You

  • You’re an experienced podiatrist who’s confident in their skills.
  • You came into podiatry to make a difference and have a rewarding career (we believe you can have both).
  • You want to be part of a team who will continue to support your development.
  • You may want to learn about running a private practice because you have dreams to run your own one day.
  • You want time to follow your other passions or support your family (we know balance is important).
  • You want to make a difference, not just fill appointment slots.

What we are offering

  • Full-time or part-time role (part-time position requiring a minimum commitment of two working days per week).
  • Starting salary - £45,000+ pro rata - depending on experience.
  • Profit-sharing after probationary period – the more you put in, the more you get out.
  • Flexible hours – we support the life you want to lead.
  • Clinical mentoring – to help you to continue to grow the clinical skills you want to develop.
  • Funded CPD – tell us what you’d love to learn.
  • 5 weeks’ holiday – plus your birthday off! (30 working days, inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata).

We are a small, supportive team that genuinely enjoys what we do. We are building a clinic that’s patient-first, practitioner-friendly, and rooted in our local community.
