An opportunity has arisen for a hard‑working individual to work within Basildon Council’s Tenancy and Estate Management team. To act as the primary point of contact for tenants across the Council housing stock, delivering a proactive and responsive tenancy management service. The Tenancy Services Officer plays a key role in supporting tenancy sustainment, addressing breaches, and ensuring estate safety and standards, while fostering strong relationships with residents through regular engagement, home visits, and community involvement.
