As a Systems Support Officer, you will help maintain and develop the specialist systems that underpin key regulatory functions.
Working closely with operational teams and managers, you will support service delivery through effective system administration, data management, financial processing and performance reporting., Maintaining and developing data management systems, including Flare and other specialist databases.
Supporting the implementation of new systems, procedures and digital improvements.
Producing performance reports, statistics and information for service managers.
Managing and updating service webpages, online information and registers.
Supporting fee collection, purchase orders and financial administration processes.

- Experience operating and supporting IT systems and databases.

- GCSEs (or equivalent experience) including English and Maths.
