We are seeking a committed and proactive Community Security Enforcement Officer to join our team. In this frontline role, you will play a vital part in improving community safety across our borough – combining firm and fair enforcement with meaningful engagement.

You will be responding to and addressing anti‑social behaviour, taking a calm, assertive and professional approach in challenging situations. You will use a zero‑tolerance stance with individuals who persistently cause harm to the community, utilising all available tools and powers. You will build positive relationships with residents to increase public confidence and reassurance. You will work collaboratively with partners to achieve long‑term sustainable solutions.

You will bring proven experience in a similar role within community safety, enforcement or public‑facing settings. You will bring confidence, resilience and excellent communication skills to manage conflict or confrontation and have a strong public service ethos and a genuine commitment to community safety. This will be a challenging, but highly rewarding role, ideal for someone with the drive and passion to improve the quality of life for local residents.
