An opportunity has arisen for a hard-working individual to work within Basildon Council's Sheltered Housing team. Basildon Council manages 47 sheltered housing schemes across the borough, each with communal facilities for residents.
As an Administrative Officer, you will provide high quality support to the Sheltered Housing Management Team and maintain continuity of service by covering for Sheltered Housing Officers as required. Responsibilities include:
- Ordering and replenishing supplies to keep schemes well equipped
- Working closely with Housing Property Services to uphold Health & Safety standards
- Ensuring Council assets are managed effectively
