We are currently looking for a passionate Room Attendant (Self-checker) to join our Basil Street team on a permanent basis with an immediate start.
Location: Knightsbridge, one‑minute walk from Knightsbridge station.

Responsibilities
- Daily sign‑in and sign‑out for a key and a bucket and follow departmental SOP
- Clean and check allocated rooms to the highest standards following departmental SOP
- Ensure focus is maintained on Quality Spot Checks
- Liaise and follow up work requests with Floor Supervisor, Porters, Duty Engineer, Office Coordinator
- Conduct daily Spring Clean in allocated room following departmental SOP
- Personalise the service to our guests by using guest history where possible
You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota. All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
