We are currently looking for a passionate Casual Room Attendant , to join our Basil Street team on a casual basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
As a Casual Room Attendant , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
· To clean all allocated bedrooms to the highest standards following departmental SOP
· To look after bedroom corridors and pantries on the allocated floor
· To conduct daily Spring Clean in allocated room following departmental SOP
· Physically check daily status of all assigned apartments in order to identify, solve and minimize any discrepancy.
· To handle all Lost Property items in accordance to departmental SOP
· To greet our guests in line with our LQA Standards
