Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be supervised by the Manager of the point of sale and will be in direct contact with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of our story and our values
- Complete understanding of our offer and the silhouettes of our collections
- Encourage customer loyalty through courtesy and relevant advice
- Grow the turnover and client list of the point of sale
- Maintain the brand image
- Provide a personalised purchasing experience
- Keep the point of sale clean, tidy and merchandising up to date
- Stock management
- Understand and achieve KPIs such as the sales index, average basket and transformation rate
- Ensure the brand’s CSR policy is respected in your point of sale and act as its ambassador
