About the Role
ThruDarkis recruiting for a salesassistanttosupport the successful operation of ourBattersea Power Stationstore.
As a Retail Sales Assistant atThruDark’sBattersea store,you’llplay an important part in delivering a premium in-store experience. Working closely with the management team,you’llhelp drive daily performance, support your teammates, and ensure every customer leaves with a strong impression of the brand. You’llembodyThruDark’s core values ofHumility,UnityandIntegrity bydelivering confident, hands-on service andmaintaininga professional, approachable presence on the shop floor.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service andmaintaininga positive attitude
- Positively promote the brand during interactions and upholding the brands values of ‘Humility, Unity and Integrity’.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to restock merchandise as needed
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to company standards
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all timesand legal requirements in all areas of the store
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems and follow processes used when placing transactions through the POS.
