Back to the Bases Ltd is a reputable and growing construction and groundwork company, known for delivering high-quality services across the UK. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer who also holds a valid UK driving licence to support our team on various projects.
Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled trades on site (e.g. groundwork, fencing, concrete bases)
- Loading and unloading materials and tools
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe
- Delivering tools and materials to and from sites
- Driving company vehicles to collect supplies from merchants and depots
- Supporting the team with various hands-on site tasks
Skills / Requirements
- Previous experience as a labourer in a construction or groundwork setting
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Physically fit and capable of manual work in all weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
- A good attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to travel and work away when required (transport provided)
