We're growing fast and looking for driven individuals who want to turn people skills into a proper career - with real earnings, real progression, and no ceiling on how far you can go.
If you're competitive, you back yourself, and you want a role where your effort directly determines your income - this is worth your time.
The Role
This is a field-based sales and marketing position. You'll be engaging customers directly on behalf of major UK brands in residential and event environments - having real conversations, building rapport, and closing.

- Communicating products and services clearly and compellingly
- Working toward personal sales targets and tracking your own performance
- Contributing to live campaigns and developing your skills with every interaction
- Building toward leadership as you progress
The feedback is immediate. The rewards are performance-based. And no two days look the same.

- Face-to-face sales and customer engagement
- Objection handling and confident communication
- Brand representation and campaign delivery
- Performance tracking and leadership development
Training is ongoing. We invest in people who invest in themselves.
Progression
BasePoint promotes from within - no seniority queue, no waiting your turn. Progression is based entirely on what you produce and how you lead.
As you develop, opportunities include:
- Mentoring and supporting new sales team members
- Coordinating and leading campaign activity
- Stepping into sales leadership and team management roles
