A management role that actually means management. BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for major UK household brands - including EE, BT, and British Gas. We're growing, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager who wants genuine ownership - of a team, of campaign results, and of their own earnings. If you've got some experience under your belt and you're ready for a role where your impact is visible and your progression isn't capped, this is worth a look.
The Role
This is a field-based management position. You'll be responsible for leading a team of marketing representatives, driving campaign performance, and developing the people around you. Day to day, you'll be:
- Leading and managing a team of field marketing representatives
- Overseeing the delivery of live campaigns for major UK brand partners
- Coaching and developing team members to hit performance targets
- Monitoring campaign results and making operational adjustments
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members as the business grows
- Reporting on team performance and contributing to wider business strategy
This is a role for someone who leads from the front - you'll still be active in the field, not managing from behind a desk.
What We're Looking For
You're likely a strong fit if you:
- Have experience in a customer-facing, sales, or field-based role
- Have led, mentored, or coordinated a team in any capacity
- Are motivated by performance-based earnings and tangible results
- Communicate clearly, lead with confidence, and hold yourself accountable
- Want a role where your output directly determines your income and progression
A background in field sales, direct marketing, retail management, events, or hospitality leadership translates well. We're open on industry β what matters is that you know how to get the best out of people.
What You'll Get
- A defined team to lead and develop from day one
- Ongoing leadership coaching and business development exposure
- A clear path toward senior and regional leadership as the business scales
- Earnings that grow with your team's performance
BasePoint is expanding. The managers who join now are the ones who will be running larger operations as we scale.
Practical Details
- Full-time, on-site role based in London
- OTE reflects realistic on-target earnings for full-time performers
