Graduate Management Programme - Field Marketing & Leadership
BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for major UK household brands – including EE, BT, and British Gas. We're looking for graduates who are ready to lead, not wait in line. If you want real management exposure, a team to develop, and earnings that reflect your output – from within your first year – this is a different kind of opportunity.
The Programme
This isn't a rotation scheme or a shadowing role. From day one, you'll be working in the field, learning how our campaigns operate, and building toward a team leadership position. The trajectory looks like this:
- Months 1–3: Field training — learning the business from the ground up, developing customer engagement and campaign skills
- Months 3–6: Performance recognition — top performers begin supporting and mentoring newer team members
- Months 6–12: Leadership track — coordinating campaigns, managing individuals, and taking ownership of team results
Pace depends on you. High performers move faster.
What You'll Be Working On
- Representing major UK brands in face‑to‑face customer environments
- Delivering and optimising field marketing campaigns
- Building communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a live setting
- Tracking performance and contributing to team targets
This is hands‑on, people‑focused work. You'll be in the field, not at a desk.
Training & Development
Structured onboarding covers everything you need to perform and progress – customer engagement, brand representation, campaign delivery, and leadership development. Coaching is ongoing and built into how we operate day to day.
Who This Is For
You're likely a good fit if you:
- Have recently graduated or are due to graduate and want to move quickly
- Are drawn to leadership and people management rather than purely technical roles
- Want earnings tied to your performance, not just your tenure
- Prefer active, field‑based work over office or desk‑based environments
- Are competitive, coachable, and consistent
- Degree discipline is open – we care more about attitude and ambition than your specific subject.
Practical Details
- Full‑time, on‑site role based in London
- OTE reflects realistic on‑target earnings for full‑time performers
- Working hours vary with campaign requirements
Apply via LinkedIn. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an introductory conversation to learn more about the programme and discuss fit.
