Junior Marketing Executive – Marketing & Leadership
BasePoint | Full-time | London (On-site)
Compensation: £30,000 – £60,000 OTE
Most junior roles teach you how to sit in a meeting. This one teaches you how to run the room.
BasePoint delivers face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for some of the UK's most recognised household brands including EE, BT, and British Gas. We're growing our London team and looking for junior talent ready to build a real career, not just a job title.
If you're motivated by results, comfortable talking to people, and want to be developed not managed, this is where you start.
The Role
As a Junior Marketing Executive, you'll be working directly with customers in residential and event-based campaign settings, representing our brand partners on the ground.
Day To Day, You'll Be:
- Engaging customers face to face and clearly communicating products and services
- Representing established UK brands in professional, live environments
- Contributing to active campaigns and tracking your individual performance
- Building your communication, sales, and leadership skills through direct experience
It's fast-paced, outcome-driven, and unlike anything you'd find in an office.
Training & Development
Every new team member is put through structured onboarding before they represent a client. That includes:
- Professional customer engagement and communication techniques
- Brand standards and campaign delivery
- Personal performance tracking and goal setting
- Introduction to leadership frameworks used across the business
Development doesn't stop at onboarding, we coach as you go.
Progression
There's no waiting list here. Progression at BasePoint is performance-based, not seniority-based. As a Junior Marketing Executive, your path forward is clear:
- Develop consistent performance and build your personal brand within the team
- Take on responsibility for supporting and guiding newer team members
- Move into campaign coordination, team leadership, and beyond
The leaders running our teams today came through exactly this route.
Who We're Looking For
No degree or industry background required. What matters is:
- Genuine drive and a willingness to be coached
- Comfort in face-to-face environments and a natural ability with people
- A preference for active, hands‑on work over static, screen-based roles
- Full‑time availability and the ability to work on-site in London
- Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer‑facing roles is useful but our best performers often came in with none.
A Few Practical Points
- Full-time, on-site role based in London
- Working hours vary with campaign schedules
- OTE reflects realistic earnings for consistent, full-time performers
